Met with the property owner again today to talk about some possible options in our purchase agreement for parcel 1 and with the option agreements on parcels 2 and 3.

Financing (Part 3)

Today we received verbal confirmation that CDF (Church Development Fund) will finance our property purchase and Phase 1 construction. This is great news. As we progress we will make more details known! Check CDF's website in our ‘project links’ section to the right.

Today the Leadership Team met with another local bank and visited with CDF. Church Development Fund (a national organization in our movement of churches) about financing. Good conversations.

Laying Out The Agreement

Just finished meeting with the property owner to discuss terms of the purchase. We will continue to meet as we hash out what is best for Discovery and suitable to the property owner.

First Fruits

Above and beyond our regular weekly offering, today we received more than $35,000 for our first offering towards the campaign. We are off to a great start!
