Financing

The Leadership Team met with two local banks today about financing our property purchase. We will visit with several local banks, as well as a national church organization within our movement, about financing over the next several weeks. We will keep you posted.

I am excited to update you on our progress over the coming weeks and months. I am also excited about what God is going to do through our efforts. Many things have transpired to this point. We have completed a very successful capital fundraising campaign with $917,265 in commitments so far. We have begun site investigation work with the help of Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., we have submitted application for financing with one lending organization and we have interviewed 6 different architects to date. But there is so much more that we will need to do even before we sign the purchase agreement for the property. we will try to keep you up-to-date with this blog.
